Irina Stanică

Irina Stanică coordinates the Employment practice. Her experience of more than 16 years covers the entire range of legal issues related to labour law. She has advised local and international clients and managed complex legal projects, such as advisory on employees’ rights, obligations and benefits, dismissal and redundancy procedures, collective agreements, lease of personnel, secondments and stock option plans.

Irina has been involved in numerous HR due diligence processes on THE buyer and seller side and is a regular speaker and trainer on Employment matters.

Irina also has extensive experience in M&As and has worked on a significant number of projects related to due diligence and transaction assistance. Irina has had a coordination role and assisted both Romanian and foreign investors during the pre-implementation and implementation phases of the acquisition process. Irina also has relevant experience in Corporate and Commercial law. Her areas of expertise cover a large variety of sectors (such as automotive, e-commerce, retail, financial services and oil & gas).
